Happy 4th of July!!

HAPPY 4 th!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day, full of fun and happiness!

Today, is going to be another craft day for me and I'm heading up to my room shorty. We were invited to an annual cookout, but DH is still battling a terrible cold, sore throat and on and off fever and Alex and Brian are both working. I'm not one who ever likes to go alone, so I opted to stay home. I think that maybe if it had been a nice HOT sunny day, I may have gone to rest and hit the pool, but today although not rainy (at last), is not all the warm and there are lots of clouds along with sun.

Lately, I've really not been up to doing much and I'm perfectly happy and content to stay home. I feel better, get less tired and achy and just LOVE my hobby. I also am a bit concerned that I may be getting DH's cold, as I have a scratchy throat today. I also opened all our windows and sprayed Lysol all over and used the wipes to wipe down the keyboards, phones and any surfaces....all in hopes of NOT passing along the cold. Today, I also added more Vitamin C and just HOPE I do not get it.

That's about it for me!! I also need to work on a page for this week and don't have many pictures....this may be a big MISH MASH page, as I have NO clue where to begin this week.

Yesterday, I also spend quite a bit of time making cards and the monthly challenge on the MISfits board. It was a sketch challenge and I made four different cards ALl based off the sketch (kind of in boredom), here they are:

Bye Bye...

A Little About Me

Purple is my favorite color and ironically - Purple is the Awareness Ribbon color for Fibromyalgia, an illness I personally live with. I had to stop working in 2006 due to Fibro and Degenerative Disc Disease. It's been a tough road at times, but I have a wonderful family and fantastic friends. I am a Mom to two awesome sons (Ages 21 and 26) and a wife and friend to a wonderful Hubby. We live in a tiny coastal community in Massachusetts and have lived here all my life. My hubby and my boys are my whole world and mean every thing to me! I cherish all three of my guys!! I am very lucky to be blessed with wonderful friends. I adore and cherish each of my friends as much as my family! I am an avid card-maker and love all types and stamping, and also love coloring with my Copics. I'm very lucky to have this whole new world on online friends that I've met through my Craft Groups. HUGS TO YOU ALL!!
