I love my Copics....

....Sometimes you don't realize how much you have missed something, until you don't use or do it for awhile and today, I realized how much I LOVE to color and that my Copics are my absolute favorite medium to color with.   I love working with inks and love learning new techniques and trying new things, but when comes to coloring this is no marker like a Copic and nothing compares to the oodles of fabulous colors that Copic has to offer.   I may not have every color they make, but I do have several and I know my collection is a little over 300 fabulous colors, which is another thing I so love about these markers.

....and today they were my color medium of choice and I used them to color each of the three cards I'm here to share with you know.   My first card was inspired by a Copic Coloring Challenge over at Crafting By Designs, and also created for this week's 'Anything Goes' Challenge hosted on Bugaboo's Blog.  Not only did I use Copics on each card, but all three also feature brand new digi images that I bought from Bugaboo today!   Perfect for Spring and all in a flower theme, which I love!!

My second card, also in the same fun them was created and inspired by the new Copic Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz and their challenge this week is to incorporate Nature into our cards, and to me Flowers are one of nature's natural beauties, so I kept in the same them and colored up with second card, which features another sweet Bugaboo image.

This next card, also features another Bugaboo "Flower Pot" image and again was colored with my Copics, but this week's CAS Challenge at The Outlawz, which you can find HERE!!

I had a wonderful day and totally enjoyed my crafting time and the nice dinner we had with my boys and their girls!   A perfect day for me---Crafts and Family...it doesn't get any better than that!!

  1. I have 73 copics - I bought myself a set when they were 50% off at 2peas, plus a blender pen - but I need paler colours! The set is lamentably bereft of 000 and 00 and 01 colours - your collection has me turning green with envy!

A Little About Me

Purple is my favorite color and ironically - Purple is the Awareness Ribbon color for Fibromyalgia, an illness I personally live with. I had to stop working in 2006 due to Fibro and Degenerative Disc Disease. It's been a tough road at times, but I have a wonderful family and fantastic friends. I am a Mom to two awesome sons (Ages 21 and 26) and a wife and friend to a wonderful Hubby. We live in a tiny coastal community in Massachusetts and have lived here all my life. My hubby and my boys are my whole world and mean every thing to me! I cherish all three of my guys!! I am very lucky to be blessed with wonderful friends. I adore and cherish each of my friends as much as my family! I am an avid card-maker and love all types and stamping, and also love coloring with my Copics. I'm very lucky to have this whole new world on online friends that I've met through my Craft Groups. HUGS TO YOU ALL!!
