My favorite way to practice coloring is to join in lots of fun challenges, especially challenges where I can color with my Copics and one of my favorites is the Copic Colour Challenge! This week's challenge is to use these three colors in your project -- W7, BG96 and C7. I didn't have BG96 yet, so I used BG75, which is pretty close to the same color.
This is the card I am entering into the challenge!
I really have found that I like and use the Warm and Cool Gray colors a lot more and I had expected and I'm glad that I have a nice selection of each. The really work well with blues and pinks too!

That's it for today for me! It's a short crafting day for me and not one of my best days. My Fibro has been flaring a bit more often for the past month of two -- not good. Today, I had a consult with a new MD, was set up by my PCP. The goal is for all of us to work together towards a long term treatment plan to try and keep my pain level down and hopefully lesson some of my fatigue. It looks like I will likely need to increase the dosage on one of my meds, but as long as I can manage the change and decrease my pain level again, I'll be a happy girl. She was happy to hear that I was so involved in crafts and feels it's so important to have a hobby that I LOVE and can still do, despite the Fibro. I was very impressed with her and thought it was wonderful to find another doctor who is so knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with Fibro patients. The best part is that in her specialty, "Palliative Care", they actually make home visits, so she came to my home for the appointment. The goal of Palliative Care is to make me feel as well, as possible, keep my pain managed, which in turns will give me a better quality of life, despite living with a chronic illness! She spent almost 2 hours here and I was very comfortable with her and she was very easy to talk to. It'll be nice to have another doctor to work with in conjunction with my primary care doctor and my Chiropractor, all of whom I really like. I know that I am very lucky, as compared to some Fibro patient's, who can't even find one ood doctor, who truly understands this illness, such a shame. I still think there is a lot to learn and I still HOPE every day that there will be a cure for Fibromyalgia!
I really think that this plan is going to help and with Summer and warm weather coming, I hope to feel better soon and hopefully for longer periods of time too.
I'm wiped out early today, but it's Friday, and I can sleep in tomorrow...YIPPEE!!!

VERY VERY pretty card! Your coloring on this is Fab! GREAT take on the challenge! thanks for joining us at Copic Colour Challenge!!
Lisa, your card is so pretty! I, too, suffer from Fibro and Degenerative Disc Disease and the cold, damp weather we have been having is miserable. I'm encouraged to hear that you have a doctor who not only acknowledges the disease, but specializes. I was diagnosed at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, but I have had 2 doctors here ask me "who told you you have fibro" not something like "how long have you had it". It's a battle just being listened to.
I'm going to put you on my favorites list and check in again to see more of your work. Copics are the BEST and you are doing great with them.
