A fun Fall Birthday Card!!

   Today, I decided to work on a card for a few of my favorite challenges and I started over the the Color Me Creative Classroom, and the current challenge there is to create a project where you color your image with a Feathering Technique.  If you are not familiar with this technique, Suzanne Dean has posted a great little tutorial which you can find HERE!! 

   I also wanted to create my card with a few other challenges in mind and the next challenge is the new Sketch Challenge over at the 7 Kids for College - Challenge Blog and the sketch was actually provided by Suzanne as she is a member of the Design Team.  Here is a copy of the Sketch Suzanne designed for the new challenge.

  My sweet little image is another from 'Baby Bud Designs' and this little cutie is - Violet!  I love her also colored in lavender and purple shades, however for these challenges she looks quite lovely in nice Fall Colors.  I also created this card for two additional challenges, the Midweek Throwdown Challenge over at the Stars and Stamps blog, and also this week's Card Corner Challenge at SSC. 

   I really love how the colors all worked out and think sweet little Violet makes this a fun Fall Birthday Card.  I actually created this card for my Sister in Law, Sandy - who is celebrating her birthday tomorrow!
